The Website, how it works?

The Website works like an on line store, but with a basic and crucial difference: there is no compromise of buy and more than this, no credit cards, no transfers, no payments.

What is the main objective of the site?

Our objective is present to you, what products we work and an idea about it prices.

You could make a quotation direct on the site.

What you mean QUOTATION?

You can navigate in the site and find the product by categories and sub categories. Then, it features, photos, characteristics, technical details and basic price.

Clicking on the QUOTATION button, you will insert the decided product to the quotation.

Then, you could keep choosing products and putting it at the quotation.

So what?

When you are satisfied with the products in the quotation, the next step is close the quotation. Then, you will be directed to a page when is needed to fill the address information (e-mail, name, company, etc.). You will create your own password that will be asked at the next access.

What about the contact?

Our company will make a contact with you, in order to define the details of the negotiation. We will make a Proforma Invoice, to document the transaction.

What about the Incoterms?

We can quote for you as Incoterms you wants: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.

And about the payment?

The payment will be agreed between our company and you, based on the features of the negotiation: country, situation of the buyer, etc. It could be financing, Letter of Credit or Advanced payment.

What about the delivery?

The delivery time is agreed between BrExport and your company.

If the quotation is FOB or EXW, we can suggest freight forwarders to make more easy your job.

In every process, we will follow all the process, to assure the total quality and satisfaction.

It will need credit card or account information?

No. Our company never asks numbers of accounts or credit card numbers, because the idea is set a real regular export operation, with the usual ways of payment, like Letter of Credit. These ways of payment will be like the international standards.

What will happen with the quotation?

With the quotation, it will start a regular negotiation between BrExport and your company, in order to set a regular export operation.

What will happen if I give up the quotation?

Nothing happens. We will appreciate the attention and will give to you a tank you.

What about the prices?

The prices showed at the site are just an idea of the final prices. Normally the real ones are lowest than that. It happens because we need to know information like the quantities, way of transportation, payment type, and the country characteristics of the client to make a real and accurate quotation, with final prices.
